Chicago Bears vs New England Patriots Recent History
The Bears were destroyed in 2010 by the Patriots at Soldier Field 36-7 in a snow game. The Bears were a turnover fest (not by Jay Cutler though) and the defense couldn't stop the Patriots worth a damn.

In 2006, the Bears and Patriots played a tightly contested battle. The Bears would lose 17-13 as Rex Grossman threw 3 interceptions and fumbled once in the red zone. The Bears would perform a miracle by causing and recovering a fumble with under 2 minutes to go well into their own territory...But Rex Grossman would screw it all up the next play throwing an interception while trying to go deep.

Injury Report:
Bears:
Jonathan Bostic - LB - Back - Questionable
Lance Briggs - LB - Ribs - Questionable
Jordan Millers - RT - Foot - Questionable
Danny McCray - S - Knee - Questionable

Bears - 29
NE - 28

Last play of the game is Cutler diving for a 2-point conversion to seal the deal.

Bears 20
Patriots 38

Tied 17-17 at the half. Offense stalls in second half. Pats get three TDs from short fields after turnovers. Defense is blamed for the second half blowout.

I predict that I will change the channel if Forte only has two carries at the half.

Yeah, yu're right. Bears D has been consistently very good all season. Very good at causing 3 and outs too, right?

lol.

No, but if the Bears lose this Sunday they will not be making playoffs.

Since there is ZERO reason the Bears should win. They will.

I'm going to predict the Patriots, but I'm more confident than most that the Bears will show up and play well. Patriots rarely lose at home and that is the difference.

34-28 Pats. Hoping for a reversed scored though.

Madden simulator says Bears win 14-10. One forte rush td, one by Jeffery. Missed field goal by Gould and Lamar Houston gets a sack on 4&1 in the redzone. :)

Does Conte come out of the game from the concussion he'll get from celebrating too hard?

Yes, as he jumps in the air to high 5 a teammate, he smashes his head into the crossbar and knocks himself out. He is later deemed out for the season. At Trestman's presser, Mark assures Bear Nation that Conte should be 100% for their play-off opener.:rimshot:
