If so... I will completely stay out of the Bears' forum.

Can you type that in ALL CAPS, to provide emphasis? I bet if you type PUSSIES in ALL CAPS, maybe they'll lighten up a bit.

I sensed a bunch of crying in this thread but it appears I have arrived to late.

Moderation here is fine. If anything, more moderation is needed. There have been multiple murder attempts via internet, no joke.

You have to remember, if Rush said they are loosely moderated here, IHN was barely moderated to the point of just constant flaming each other, which in turn we lost a lot of posters due to the flames just spreading from one page to the next and it getting old.
