Bachchanel buffet at Caesar's Palace has the best breakfast buffet in town. It's not your typical buffet food, it's actually made by a top chef, and it's so good! I haven't had lunch/dinner there, but I can vouch for the breakfast. It's a little pricey, though... $50/person last time I went.

No joke. The Golden Steer. Awesome steakhouse right off the strip.

Old school but delicious.

Mon Ami Gabi-great french Bistro food with a view of the Watershow at Bellagio. *Used to work there

Sensi at Aria. This is your fine dining stop. If you like absinthe make it your FIRST stop.

Bachi Burger as previously discussed.

I go to Vegas for work 3-4x per year and always stay at Aria.

Best hotel in Vegas IMO and the dining is fantastic.

I've been to the Mon Ami in Oak Brook. Delicious steaks.

Staying at the Paris next week. Looks pretty nice but really just wanted a cheap place on the strip. Going with some friends from school

I go to Vegas for work as well. I would agree that the restaurant line-up at Aria is very good. Sage is probably the best in the Aria in my opinion but it isn't cheap. Then again, there isn't much value to be found on the strip.. Lotus of Siam (Thai) in the past has been outstanding but I haven't been in a couple of years. Chada Thai and Wine is also very good and off the strip.

Headed back at the end of January. Misses and I are laying low at Excalibur for free. Can't wait to sleep in, eat good food, not do dishes and see a show or two.

I know, I know, lol. We go to Vegas frequently because of family and proximity. Excalibur mailed me the offer and we took it because we need sleep. I just want to sleep and not do dishes.

Check out the Golden Steer. It's a great steakhouse right off the strip. It was the first restaurant in Vegas to let black people eat there. The rat pack used to eat there after every gig.

I've never tried it, but I've had multiple people tell me the steakhouse at Circus Circus is excellent. Hard to believe that one.
