Tuna poke bowl, side of kimchi, no rice. Tasty, but all of it was inhaled in about 2.5 minutes.

Couple weeks ago I was in Plano, Tx for a softball tourney. If you get out that way give Fireside Pies a try. Execellent pizza/food. Great service. Great atmosphere. Easily best meal out I've had in a while.

LOL, i drank about a half-gallon of water to trick my belly. I eat smallish protein-rich and low-carb meals for breakfast and lunch, then i enjoy a manly-sized dinner with a glass of wine. I don't need to lose any weight at all, just aware that at 50 i don't have the hummingbird metabolism i once did.

Lunch was two ham and egg cups with Hatch Green Chile, mushrooms and a little spinach. (Usually for breakfast but I had some Cottage cheese w/Blueberries for Breakfast and no lunch with me so I improvised.)

Quite simple my friend, put potato salad in a line right down the center of a bowl. Fill one side of the bowl with seafood gumbo. Fill the other side of the bowl with chicken and andouille sausage gumbo.
