Los Angeles comes in with a 37-24-14 (88 pts) record, 1 pt behind the Flames for the 3rd playoff spot (but currently out of the playoffs due to the newer WC format).

The Blackhawks return to 3rd in the Central with a victory over the Jets last evening with a 45-24-6 (96 pts) record.

100 points in the west may be good enough for the last WC spot.

1/28/15 Kings 4, Blackhawks 3.

Last thing I want to see is for LA to somehow squeak into the playoffs again, then come back from more 0-3 deficits.

Beat LA tonight and you put a huge damper on their playoff hopes. I hope the Hawks use this as motivation. It's going to be tough, as mentioned already. Hawks need to come out of the gate flying and get an early lead. They will likely be gassed the second half of the game.

I've been in storage for a while and discovered that Kane is hurt and we have some new faces on the ice.
My new apartment and owners are fine, but I don't like being in the "spare" room without a television.
