KC Johnson: Shocker: Thibodeau reveals his playoff rotation. Says he'll go 9 and Snell/Hinrich will rotate in 9th spot "depending on what game needs."

Sad to hear Snell won't have a larger role.

At least that means Snell will play sometimes...hopefully it means most of the time.

That rotation is actually pretty flexible...not sure what you're lol'ing at.

Not sure, that was last night. I'm pretty sure I was laughing in a good way, however. Meaning I like the flexibility. I'm glad Thib's is going with a bigger rotation, thus more flexibility. The only thing that could be better is if Kirk would drop out of that 9th spot. :) Seriously tho, I'm glad Kirk is in the 9th spot instead of 2nd PG or something. :yep:

Yea, but I would go with the following for the, up by 27 trash time, rotation as well:

So that leaves ......
Rose
Butler
Pau
Noah
Dunn
Niko
Brooks
Taj

and then Kirk and Tony ......

Sounds like a winning rotation to me. Seems like its almost a call out for Snell to earn his playing time, which I hope he does. Hes playing with so much confidence lately.

Gotta admit it's funny that I'm pushing for Snell to play during playoffs when I had counted him out and considered him a scrub just 6 mos ago. But hey! What do I know?

Hinrich offers PG defensive ability that Snell/Brooks cannot, and is the emergency guard when Rose is out and not much more. Snell deserves better, and McD might too, but the Bulls labored several off-seasons to put this current group together.

Hinrich's defense is suspect this year. I would take snell's defense over hinrich's all day
