Kids going to be turning 23 during next season and had 4 yrs of play after H.S....and AFAIK always was a pass rush specialist.

He is a lot closer to a finished product as a pass rusher than Fowler who won't be able to drink until just before camp and moved positions constantly at UF.

That he's basically 2 yrs older than Fowler, and had less productivity against worse level of opponents than Fowler this past yr?

That's some point.

How many sacks against everyone other than Illinois this yr again>???

Why you running from the truth like OJ and Al Cowlings, KID?

other than Illinois, he had 4.5 sacks and missed 3 games last year, but you don't mention that part of course

We've been through this...combine numbers please. I want a level playing field, and his numbers at the combine were what they were.

Nice try though. I have no interest in rehashing the argument again and again...

I am looking at apples versus apples from the combine when everyone knows it counts and when the track and the timing is identical for everyone. Not BS pro-day numbers where everyone magically gets a tenth or more faster....good luck with tricking someone who is naive with that.

How many sacks did Gregory have outside the U of I game?

Simple question you always hate answering or change the subject on....just answer it for us.

p.s. I think he is a much better pass rusher than Fowler, so there that argument goes. He'll also be 2 yrs older on draft night, right? I think Fowler can work on pass rush technique and close the gap over the next 2 yrs. That's called speculating on a very young player with athletic upside.

Gregory is pretty much a finished product and the numbers at the combine tell the story.

LOL...So Gregory was sick before the combine lost a bunch of weight and didn't put up the #s you expected and when he did regain the weight and put up better numbers you simply dismiss it. OK.

I hate answering how many sacks Gregory had outside of U of I? Sorry I don't believe I have been asked this question but to play along he had 4.5 of his 7 sacks outside of that game with 2 coming against Flowers and the U. If you are referring to 2013 he had 10.5 sacks outside of the U of I game.

Not sure what argument you think I was attempting to make to devalue Fowler? Fowler is the most complete OLB entering the draft and far more of a complete product at this point than Gregory is.

The fact you think Gregory is a finished product "and the numbers at the combine tell the story" is laughable. Carry on.
