How does Monty Williams get 1 third place vote? He took an extremely injured team all year and got them in the playoffs in the West. There were also in the best division in basketball. The bias of the media knows no end.

I disagree. I know the award is for this season but did you watch how Leonard defended James in the Finals last summer? It was amazing.

its not tony allens fault his team wasn't in the NBA finals to get to matchup against LeBron. if you've ever watched a Cleveland/grizz game or a heat/grizz game when james played there....tony allen does a very nice job on him too

Tony Allen should have gotten a few more votes but at this point in his career Leonard, Green, D. Jordan and Davis are all better defenders IMO.

I think davis should have gotten it....just saying if they are going to give it to a wing player I felt tony allen is the best wing defender in the league.
