I think we sweep and I am scared of Abreu at 3b. The risk reward is not even close to being worth it.

Sweep would be nice. I know Abreu is young, but he should probably be the DH more times than not. He will be a liability at 3rd and LaRoche is better at 1st. In NL parks, put Abreu at first but otherwise, he and LaRoche should at least be splitting time.

Yep, if we can't beat the brewers with Abreu or Laroche out of the lineup, we have much, much bigger problems.

anyone pay attention to tigers? How do you like Miguel Cabrera at third? Is that the reason Cabrera started getting injured is there any correlation? Answers to those questions help me decide if I like Abreu at third

Miguel basically never ever gets hurt. His low was 148 games played and he won MVP that year. He's also a former 3b so the comparison is not valid.
