I don't see the Bears keeping four TE's.

Also not sure Sutton gets cut.

I'm surprised they think Carey survives the cuts as well. I think he's toast.

Get Shea the fuck out of my sight. Why hang on to him? He's been tried at 3 positions already and he sucks at all of them.

What if Shea is at the right position, that combined with Fangio being able to get the most out of his players, Shea deserves the full training camp to win a spot

I tend to agree. Could be totally wrong, and if after training camp Shea's cut, I fully trust Fangio's decision. 4 TE's and 3 guards is silly though. Also, as for D-line - Brandon Dunn and Terry Williams? GTFO of here. Should clearly keep Shae, Vareen, and Bass over all of them. I could see Sutton being let go because of scheme, but even that is a long shot.

Also, how many teams keep 3 QB's on the roster? This mock roster is starting to piss me off.

They could keep Fales on the PS. I doubt a team would pick him up. Remember, in order to steal him, they would have to add him to their final 53.

No way Vereen or Sutton are cut yet. The Bears have to see what these players have. The Bears have real coaches like Fox, Fangio, and Donatell that can actually evaluate players and put them in positions to succeed. With Mel Tucker, Trestman, and Hoke, it was the blind leading the blind. Jennings who was good under Lovie was complete garbage last year. Even Fuller, who had glimpses of brilliance, played inconsistent. God knows last two years the defensive players weren't coached.

Vereen is going to have to play more physical. I'm hoping Ducasse does not make the team and one of the younger guys beats him out.

Shea deserves shit! First round pick with bottom round talent. If you failed at your place of work doing 3 different jobs would you last? Probably not

18 interceptions was most in the league? Such a small number. I doubt but it at face value alone

Sutton stays instead of Dunn, who might not actually exist, going by the thread content thus far.

3 TEs. Miller or Pascoe go. Extra spot goes to Fabuluje for the goal line dive in the Superbowl.

I understand those who say Shea deserves better coaching but I've watched him get pushed around too much physically and be lost mentally. He simply isn't an NFL player at his lighter weight and shouldn't be in coverage, ever. His only use on a roster would be as a situational pass rusher at his 2012/13 weight. I never liked Houston and highly doubt he's going to bring much to the table as a pass rusher, so I could live with letting him go and letting Shea take his OLB spot if he was to hit the weight room hard and get stronger, but that isn't going to happen.

Seems like some dumb ass cuts. Vereen and Sutton? Don't see it. And if Shae show any flash during preseason, don't see him going either.

Omg that's absurd-- cutting a 5tech stout lineman occasional LB for Shea. Don't let his foolish injury cloud your judgement, he's one of our better prices on defense.

Seriously, you'd keep fucking nobody Dunn over Houston? Come on mayne...

Think Vereen brings some versatility as a FS/NB/Gunner so I think he's gotta real good chance of making the roster. Sutton over Dunn (who?)

I am excited to see if Terry Williams is worth a damn and cleaned up his act. Some scouting reports had him as a top rated NT but his off-field behavior caused him to go undrafted.

I can't see Rosario and Zach Miller making it both. Either Miller wins it or he is hurt and Rosario takes it... what about da running the balls! No fullback? Or would Pasco be a HB/FB/TE?
