Meredith is not making the roster. Nobody but PFF is even watching that ass-hat, although he did run the ball 10 yds in 2 attempts.

Pretty Good. Here are my comments:
- Not sure they risk Fales making it to the PS. Patriots tried to pick him up last year.
- I think Perry makes it over Carey due to special teams return capabilities.
- I think they'll only keep five WR and don't think Bellamy makes it. If they do keep six, I like Lawrence over Bellamy.
- Instead of 6 WRs, I could see keeping 4 TEs and would add Zach Miller to the list. Particularly because he could also play FB when they line with two in the backfield.
- I think they may keep one more DL and Brandon Dunn is the name they like and you are missing. Based on current playing time, I think Dunn is ahead of Washington at the DE spot.
- Missing Houston at OLB. Don't think Young makes it due to scheme/injury. I could see Young getting traded at the end of preseason for a WR from another team that may otherwise get cut.
- At ILB, pretty sure they don't keep 5. I agree Bostic is out given how he has played. I love Timu but they may try to sneak him on the 10 man practice squad. I have no idea if Wells deserves to make it but you have to think they will keep him since they traded for him. I would have kept Groy. I think he could have started for us at RG and kicked Long out to RT. The trade of Groy was a mistake in my mind.
- I like your DB picks. Hurst makes sense as the last pick because he is versatile and also able to play safety. I do think the staff likes Tracy Porter and would like to keep him as well.

Bostic is a perfect representation of everything that was wrong with Emery's scouting ability. Drafting kids primarily on athletic ability and hoping they pan out based on that ability.

The toughest part for him is that so much is put on the ILBs mentally in the Fangio system. They are drive the defense, it is why the 49ers had 100 million invested in the position.
I do not think Bostic has the mental capacity to be effective at the position.
He just looks so incredibly lost more of the time.

The OL depth is going to be a HUGE problem this season.
More than likely they keep Grasu and Fabujule as they are draft picks, and I doubt either can play or be active on game days.
Maybe Fabujule goes to the PR.

Yeah, Rodgers probably makes it to have a vet behind Forte. And he can play teams. But I'd hate to lose Carey, who is a solid back who is a year removed from a great college career. I think Perry has a spot, but I could be wrong.
I don't think Fales makes it. I think they go out and find another QB for the practice squad. Won't keep 3 QBs with all the uncertainty at WR, OL, DL, and DB.
