Wins for the team: 45
Total Points: 100
Division Placement: Third, behind St. Louis and Minnesota
Leader in goals: Toews
Leader in assists: Kane
Leader in points: Toews
Over/Under 30 wins for Corey Crawford: Over
Biggest surprise: TVR turns out to be a serviceable 5/6 d-man.
Biggest disappointment: Patrick Kane struggles all season long following offseason drama
PP over/under ranked 10th in the league: Over, largely due to the arrival of Trevor Daley
PK over/under ranked 5th in the league: Under, because the Hawks struggle to find defensive depth all season long

I think the Hawks will find a way to score just as many goals as always this year, but they struggle defensively as they struggle to fill the void left by Oduya's departure. As I wrote in the article I linked at the top of this thread, I'm not seeing a repeat out of the Hawks this season.

Well, not a good enough one. At least not on the defensive side of the game. He'll be great on the power play, but I remain unconvinced that he can play good defense consistently.

Under 30 wins for Crawford, bozo.

I feel Crawford is going to get injured again this season. Darling will end up stealing some of those wins from him as a result.

Game injury or falling down stairs at a concert?

People sound disappointed that the Hawks aren't going to repeat. Repeating in the NHL is damn near impossible. I would just like to see improvement out of the youngsters for the season to be a success in my opinion.

That was Oduya's rap when he came here, wasn't it? I'll wait to see what he does with Hammer.
