How do we not have a Chicago Rush Forum? It would make so much sense...

Chicago Major Pro Sports. I included the Rush because the Arena Football League is arguably a major league. But the Slaughter's league is lower.

OMG, I forgot about them because they weren't freaking listed. Crap! There was another one I think too, either a football or basketball team called the Rockets.

I'll add them when I update it.

So basically you're just reposting shit you read off wikipedia... what the fuck is the point of this thread then?

Also if you're going to add Soccer... I would bet the Chicago Bliss sell more tickets then the Fire. Soccer is the most insignificant sport in the USA. So now you must include Lingerie Football League Teams...

Any league that had to shut down for a year because of financial troubles is not a major league.

That was the old AFL anyway, the new AFL is a completely different league.

Same teams, same players, same rules, same history, even the same fucking league name and logo... new ownership. You're right the "New" AFL is completely different.

You're a fucking moron.

They bought the rights to the name and logo of the old one. They were originally going to be called "Arena Football 1". They do not have the same teams, most of them were af2 teams, but a few are old AFL teams.

And so what if they have the same rules? MLS and the Canadian Soccer League have the same rules, are they the same league?

And to your statement earlier about Soccer being the least important sport in America. Your wrong. Soccer's popularity is rising, and it has one of the biggest youth programs in America after Baseball (e.g. Little League). And Soccer is much more important to than fucking Lacrosse, which actually has 2 pro leagues that claim to be major.

So what if Soccer is more popular than Lacrosse... Lacrosse and Rugby may not be a popular as fucking soccer but they are far better sports.

Better is a subjective term, so what does it matter what to you what the rest of the people think of it.

A professional sports league that is the highest of it's style of game is pretty much a major league.

Basically why I put it there, and a lot of people like Soccer around my area.

I'll include Major League Lacrosse and the National Lacrosse league if that satisfies you, Livewire.
