A few nights after playing the team occupying the Western Conference basement, the Hawks remain north of the border to face the team ready to come crashing through that basement ceiling in the Calgary Flames. After spotting the fire people a goal last Sunday night at the UC, the Hawks ripped off four straight goals to take a 4-1 win at home. A similar result should be expected as the Hawks move on to Step 2 of the Circus Trip.

But you blind Homers continue to defend his piss poor play.

Worst contract in the NHL, and it's not even close. He is even untradeable at this point.

FWIW, I've seen very few people defend his play on this forum. We're well aware he's playing like shit this season.

But you're right, he's definitely still too valuable of a commodity to be traded.
