Why not let someone else do it? I mean if they suck at it that's probably in our favor.

Is it Robbie's fault or is it the fault of the players that don't recover it?

He did get one, but it was taken away over a bullcrap call.

Don't remember specifics, though.

The law of averages say he will be successful for the next 5 consecutive attempts.

How many unsuccessful onside kicks does he have?

It's not like the situation comes up all the time.

4/38 onside kicks have been successful this year. The problem is that they are difficult.

Hank Baskett has never received the onside for the opposing team. That is the problem

Remember Chris Boniol? He couldn't kick a 40 yard FG to win you a game, but he could kick 3 consecutive onside kicks when you are down 45-0.

How successful are onside kicks in the first place? People keep bringing up that he never had a successful one, but is there a kicker out there with a really good success rate?

Gould has tried 16. Thing is if you watch his there is 0% chance of success. Yesterdays was a low soft kick 15 yards long instead of the required minimum of 10 yards, no Bear was anywhere near the ball when the guy caught it. Certainly not a huge factor in your kicker, but dayam he sucks at it.
