Does McPhee have some sort of mental illness? Could it be that he's a locker room cancer? Is he tearing this team apart before our eyes!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Or maybe he's just one of the best on the team and is sick of losing. This all sounds too familiar...

Edit: Have to first ask him if he likes Jay, I mean really really likes Jay. If yes, he can stay. If no, trade him for a late round draft pick.

But he is part of that collective of individuals. So he just roasted himself. I really would prefer if he had more self confidence than that. Trade/Cut.
