lol I mean what did you expect him to say? he has to say that no matter what or risk alienating some current players whom he isn't sure will be around a while or not. the real reason we wont see any trades is the position group of the bigs that we had extra of to trade from is no longer with noah getting hurt and now niko being hurt

this is true but honestly, there should have been a trade before the season. we were jammed up front and relatively weak on the perimeter. this is what happens when you wait and your roster is injury prone. guys go down and you no longer have a chance to trade them.
