Panthers were #1 in scoring offense, but that was largely due to the defense. By no means does Carolina have the #1 offense. And by that same criteria Denver was 4th defensively and Carolina was 6th.

the only reason manning has one SB is because he was fortunate enough to face a lovie smith coached team. i see him getting dominated by the panthers D, and cam being strong and athletic enough to slow down the broncos rush.
