I've wondered if everything he eats is centered around the omelette....pizzas, salads, sandwiches, tacos etc.

A guy open a hot dog joint here in Richmond and he pays for Gene and Judes Hot dog water and has it shipped to his shop in VA. His hot dogs are the tits.

Drink the water

Well, it's not in Chicago, but Bob Chinn's.

As for Beefs, Mr Beef and Pizza over on N Harlem.

Dogs-Gene and Jude's

Polish-Maxwell Street.

Pizza, I can't say. Crust and sauce is what makes a pie great. It all depends on which one I'm craving at the time. No different than wanting thin crust, or stuffed pizza. It all depends on what you're in the mood for.

Chicken-Harold's

You ever meet people who are like militant about the no ketchup thing with hot dogs?

Like breh, you care WAY too much about one particular condiment people like on their hot dogs.

Murica... its a free cuntry.... till u try to put ketchup on ur hot dog!

I'm in the no Ketchup crowd I guess. It's even rubbed off onto all my kids-even my 2 year old daughter. Give any of them a dog or sausage with ketchup on it, and they get pissed and won't touch it. They say it's ruined. But 3 of my 4 sons hate tomatoes too. So they'll take a Chicago style dog-sport peppers and all-but hold the tomato.

A few I've hit recently... Honey Butter, great fried chicken, great everything. Good drinks, laid back. Monteverde, Italian, very nice, felt a bit rushed but the place is freaking busy for a reason. A bit of a younger crowd, but not hipsterish... Oriole, received 2 Michelin stars its first hear and that is almost unheard of. Very expensive, tasting menu place, great food and service. For high end tasting it is as good as I've had in Chicago. Not at all staid or stuffy.
