The guy actually tries to recruit superstars. He had conversations with Wade leading up to him signing with the bulls. I think bulls made the right choice building around jimmy instead of rose.

I liked Butler from the beginning with the Bulls. He gets it and wants to win. Rose always has been a me first guy.
