no i want to though..it's the closest thing to a noodle from looks
Yea man, I love it. It so simple. Set the oven to 350. Split in half, take out seeds, brush with olive oil, put face down on pan. Bake for about 45 minutes and let cool. Then you can shred it with a fork. Solid veg. Doesn't have a real strong flavor so you can make it taste pretty much how you want it to taste.
