Heyward just looks very simple to fix, forget that pumping shit, just keep your hands still at the level you usually load up at. He is up and down a half dozen times, so he not only has to get the strike of the ball part right, he has to stop the hand pump at the right time too. It reminds me of Soriano hopping to catch the ball.
The pumping you are talking about doesn't have jack to do with swing mechanics. It's individual style and a way to stay loose. That isn't something to remove.
