Jeffrey had 800 yards last season in 9 games and did it while playing injured. He will establish himself as the third best receiver in the NFL this year.

White will have a great season. His size and speed just make him too much of a mismatch. He will exploit the double teams Jeffrey draws and put up a thousand yards.

Royal, Miller, and Langford will all be good role players as receivers.

The Bears have a good young tackle duo, an elite guard, and a top tier guard prospect. Our offensive line will be good, but not great.

Our Runningback trio will be good, especially behind this line. Fox always has capable running backs and this year won't be different.

This system is perfect for Cutler. He will build on his 2015 season career high passer rating.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Nashville Predators
  1. ETSU Buccaneers
  2. Tennessee Volunteers
They'll be in the middle of the pack at best. Oline blows, RB's blow, TE's blow and the QB is average on a good day. Now if we have a top 10 defense that can get off the field, that will definitely give our offense a boost if Jay can keep from giving the ball back.

You list solid hopeful reasons.

However, The Bears would have to beat out a handful of the following teams That were ranked ahead of them last year....
Pats
Cards
Steelers
Saints
Seahawks
Bucs
Falcons
Giants
Chargers
Jets
Panthers
Eagles
Bills
Bengals
Ravens
Broncos
Redskins
Jaguars
Texans
Lions

..... And we must assume the Packers will bounce back offensively, Not to mention the Raiders and their up and coming offense.
Plus, Healthy Romo and Healthy Luck will likely fill 2 top spots above Chicago.
The vikings and titans are both teams headed in the right direction as well.

Give us a handful of teams that you think will undoubtedly put up more offense than Chicago, then we can reasonably discuss the ones you think they can beat.

given the talent gap, it will be a very barebones offense. and I hope the days of Jay Cutler throwing the ball 600 times a year never happen again.

even with Jeffery and White, I don't see much in the way of production. when the offensive line was shitty during the 2 Martz years, they had Forte to bail the offense out. that's gone now, along with other premier talent that will remain nameless this time. Jay Cutler has 5 more seasons of getting his dome rattled since then, this year will be a real test to see his composure. it's really not his fault, he's just damaged goods.

the RBs will be only for change of pace and short yardage situations. if you're expecting explosiveness, don't hold your breath. maybe they all surprise us though.

but given that list of teams with better offenses, top 10 isn't happening. not this year or 5 years from now.

That is where the offseason hope gets a reality check.... You can hope that all will go well and everyone play their best.... but then you look around the league and see there are some tough-ass teams out there that could rack up more yardage and points in their sleep.

For the record, the only way the bears get a top 10 offense in my opinion is if the defense is absolutely hideous and gives up 30 ppg, and the bears get 3 or 4 drives a game while the other team is running out the clock with a massive lead.

If the Oline gels we have a good enough offense to go with a stout D. Don't care about rankings. AJ & White will be a effective combo.
