Prediction: Heyward will have a good AB against Maeda in the only AB against him as the Cubs will get to Maeda quickly.

Assuming game 1 lineup, here are the Dodgers v Lester for their career

Kendrick (.163/.200/.256 in 45 PA)
Turner (.000/.067/.000 in 15 PA)
Seager (.222/.300/.222 in 10 PA)
Puig (.167/.286/.167 in 7 PA)
Gonzalez (.200/.200/.200 in 10 PA)

Jon Lester gave up two hits with RISP to the Dodgers in game 1 yet neither hit scored a run.

Lester this year with two out and RISP: 065/.183/.097 in 71 PA with only 6 runs given up. That obviously will regress but you have to love his chances to pitch around any sort of issue that may arise with how well he's fared against the Dodger lineup so far in his career + how poorly Dodger hitting fares against lefties.

Taco and I were double dating. I was with the typical 7 chick but Taco was with this gorgeous woman that was almost a 10. We went to the movies and dinner and the whole night Taco and this chick were rubbing up against each other and slipping the tongue. It was a little embarrassing to watch but WTH, it was two people in love. On one particularly physical grope I noticed the chick's hair starting to move. Then all of the sudden the hair is balled up on the floor. I looked at the chick and said: Holy fuck, you are a man!!!! You can imagine Taco's total humiliation as he jumped out of the chair and ran out of the restaurant. I never saw Taco again.

Despitems none of these games being elimination games I thought

Game 2 was a must win for la....they won

Game 4 was a must win for chi....we won

I think game 5 is a must win for us

The starting pitching matchup is a mismatch, they will have a fully rested Kershaw sat.....dont want that to be an elimination game for the cubs.

Get to meatball maeda early...get them to put their bad middle relief in the 4th/5th and cruise home.

The timing is really good for the Lester/Maeda match up. Our cold bats started coming around last night. Russell looked like a totally different hitter. I was impressed with how well he saw the ball. Rizzo's at bats were drastically improved, as well. So we were already coming around and now we're facing a struggling Maeda who looks out of steam.

Very favorable match up for us. It'd be great to see Lester/Wood/Chapman go start to finish on this one.
