CBS big board
Fanspeak needs

R1: Mitch Trubisky - QB UNC
R2: David Njoku - TE Miami (FL)
R3: Adoree Jackson - CB Southern Cal.
R4: Will Holden - OT Vanderbilt
R4: Duawane Smoot - Edge Illinois
R5: Josh Harvey-Clemons - S Louisville
R7: Travin Dural - WR LSU

Garrett and Thomas were taken 1,2, so I took the QB at #3. Njoku fell to me, which I didn't anticipate, so I took him. Jackson did the same in Rd 3, so I filled the CB/return man need, while waiting on what I feel is a deep Edge spot group in the draft, to take Smoot. Holden is a good OT prospect and it's always nice to have a young OL in the mix at OT. The last 2 picks were fliers, Harvey-Clemons measurables are crazy for a safety, so I figured Fangio could find a way to use a 6'5" safety. Dural is a WR that has good measurables also and had terrible QB play while at LSU. I figured why not take a shot with a guy like him in the 7th.

3. Roderick Johnson - OT - Florida State
4. Davis Webb - QB - California
4 Zach Banner - OG - USC
5. Jeremy Sprinkle - TE - Arkansas
7. Johnathan Ford - DB - Auburn

I agree on Dural. He was ranked as a mid pick last year and ranked even higher the year before if I remember correctly.

R5: Josh Harvey-Clemons S
R7: Travin Dural WR

I tried Inside the Pylon's rankings and Fanspeak needs this time.

Trubisky and Garrett went 1,2, so I took Kizer. I like his physical tools and after watching some film, I wonder if the guy had much around him (coaching and talent). I like his skill set more than Watson at this point, along with making throws after going through his progression. We'll see.

R2, I consistently find that Njoku is falling to the top of the 2nd. I HOPE this happens, talented player at TE is needed badly. R3, I couldn't pass on the super athletic Jackson and his return ability that is an added plus. R4, I took King and Smoot, both good solid football players that will help on defense. Heck they both might start! R5, I can't get a 6'5" S out of my head and his flexibility in Fangio's scheme, the possibilities are endless. Again in R7, I took Dural with all the physical tools.

I'm thinking the Bears can fill a need on the DL and OT through free agency drafting this way. I didn't like my options at those positions in round 4 or 5.

Can the bears provide enough coaches to evaluate 100s of players on the roster and provide fields to play on ? You can sim like 6 games each week and see who stands out the most over the course of an offseason and cut the fat.

idk but i think imma have to do another.. its a draft sim but a game.. you get scored and there is a global leaderboard... a lot of those browns picks towards the middle and beyond were suggested position needs.. i was seeing if i got better grades for drafting them.. i think i took two fbs.. two kickers.. drafted a punter etc.. even after i took a kicker it said i needed a kicker later on... first pick is so unreal.. but at least we can trade without having to pay like at fan speak.. who wants to pay for a draft sim you may use a couple times a year.. if you are bored..
