Birthday shout outs?

My wife's birthday is coming up soon and I thought of trying to ask Eddie or Foley to give a Bday shout out during a game. She's a huge Hawks fan and like Foley but hates Edzo. If it was Edzo that said it she would get a good laugh probably.
Anyone know of a way to request a shout out?

My first thought would be to seek out someone at CSN Chicago to get the news to Pat and Edzo. Seems like an easier way to get the request in than trying to reach out to Pat and Edzo themselves.
