The thing is, the Bulls haven't tried to tank and still haven't been good enough.

Yep. A team like the Celtics has to be thinking hard about making a move now to capitalize on the Cavs being vulnerable. Thomas, Bradley, Butler, Horford and the rest of the crew might get it done. They match up well.
