#Chiefs are not expected to franchise tag Dontari Poe. The #Ravens are not expected to tag Brandon Williams. Big DTs hitting the FA market

Browns WR Josh Gordon, who has not played since 2014, is applying today for reinstatement, per his business manager Michael Johnson.

I'd take a chance on Gordon, I'm betting he acted up to get out of Cleveland. They should just move. It's like the toilet bowl of the NFL. Aside from Detroit. ha

Two of those four, and one starting Safety takes the defense to another level.

They've been successful in FA thus far. Why can't they now with more money, and more specific needs?

Because it will be competitive.

And to this point they have not landed anyone making close to top money. They were rumored to be in on Janoris Jenkins and Josh Norman and they didn't land either.

Not talking about money as much as I'm talking landing top players in their respective positions.

Had they felt their need was greater last year, maybe they would have paid Jenkins/Norman. But they didn't think CB was a huge need, as evidence they didn't draft one until the Hall (4th).

I could definitely see Jacksonville kicking the tires on Revis. He could teach Ramsey a thing or two.

How do you know they would have landed them?

New York also offered a better team and arguably a better city.

Washington offered a better team.

For the money? Yeah probably. But something about me really loves the potential of Goldman at DE rather than NT. I think it'll make one of the best players on the team more productive and can potentially allow him to stay healthier getting away from the double-team maulers on the inside.

I don't. Which is why I said maybe...

Money is still king in FA.
