Actually, If you want the closest to a sure thing to run a pro O, it's Kaaya. Not the best reason to draft a QB nor the guy I want early but he's already got the drops and reads coming from what was the most Pro style O. I still take a few guys before him, regardless of what I'm running.

Right now, I'd go with Kizer. I think he has all the physical traits you want in a pro QB. What I saw from him on the limited times I saw him play were skills that translate to the NFL on day 1. I think his reads and progressions are more NFL ready day 1 than the others. Who knows, I could be full of shit too.

I'd say Kizer or Kaaya because of a combination of complex systems they both ran in college and in Kizer's case the best prototypical skill set/size/build.

Kizer.....he has all the physical tools.....

If Kizer can get better at reading defenses especially pre-snap reads he could be a very very deadly quarterback......

I think he has the highest ceiling this is the guy I would go for.

Kaaya could start day 1. Trubisky as well.

Watson and Kizer could with the right offensive system. Bears would need to their scheme for these two guys.

Mahomes needs a year. Coming from that college offense hasn't proven to be to translatable to the NFL.

Pat Mahomes had the least talent to work and still produced

how about his 5-7 record? I like Mahomes but he goes against your winner narrative.
