Jurco crying about being a RW already I see. Hartman has been here and is a bit wiser...give me a Hossa.

The thing about the penalty kill...really...is the only thing that might save it is if you said "here...have a Charra."
Not like Oduya hasn't been a significant pking part of two Jennings wins and top pk units

Pretty shorthanded Pens team tonight. Letang, Maata, and Daley all out on the backend with Sheary and Rust up front. Can add Streit to that list too. They will be a stronger team after today so would be nice to take advantage and get a couple of points.

EDIT: And that's not to take away who the Blackhawks are missing on their own backend tonight with Hammer/Oduya.

Game hasn't even started yet... Already mentioned once. LOL

And Pierre verbally fapping, "How bout that power on power with Toews vs Crosby eh Doc?"

Stfu Pierre.

That line has great balance that accentuates all the parts of Toews game. Panik takes Toews grit over the top. Smaltz gives him a skating partner, and passing compadre. I'm still worried about the bottom 6 and Qs ideas for it.

Speaking of Smaltz... Great backcheck. Kaner finishes beautifully

Just finished watching the game on DVR delay and I can't think of the last time I enjoyed a regular season game that much. Just incredible skill all over the ice, all the time. Goalies making saves left and right, precision passing from each team to set up brilliant chances ... it was everything that hockey is supposed to be. What a fucking game.

And, yeah, it helps that the Hawks won.

Part of this is likely induced by the euphoria of watching such a great game, but this has been one of the more enjoyable regular seasons I can remember for the Hawks. Watching Panik, Schmaltz and Hartman all develop over the course of the season has made this so much fun.

Can't wait for April, man. This team looks set up for another deep run.

Any word on the AA injury?

Is it upper or lower body, I am dying to know.
