Yeah that was awful. Schwarbs had enough of him in the 9th. I can only hope that that ump reviewed pitchtrax after the game and hung his head in shame...

He did. And rightfully so. The first pitch was about 4-6 inches off the plate outside and was called a strike. The second pitch was about 4-6 inches off the plate inside and was also called a strike. Schwarbs was visibly upset, and I think I saw him say fuck; he was probably a little close to getting thrown out. He hung with the AB, though, and blooped a single into left, which ended up being the tying run when Rizz homered.

As cool as the "come back Cubs" have been these last few games, I need a game where they go up 6-0 in the first and go on to cruise to a 10-2 win to make me feel right again...
