Funny this video was posted today...I was just in a verbal dispute w/ my bro-in-law and my cousin today about the definition of a good hit. They are Bengals fans...and swear to me that a good hit is when you make solid contact w/ a ball-carrier, often knocking him backwards. I said that was a hit they are supposed to make, but a good hit is when you prevent a gain from happening, or force a fumble/incompletion with a hit.
That, my friends, was a good hit.
