Malcolm Butler is 27 years old and he knows he doesn't have much time in his career left to get paid what he is worth. He's only getting around 3.9 million while, less talented Stephen Gilmore is getting 10 million a season.

He is desperate for a real contract and wants 10-15 million a season. Bears would have to make some roster cuts (Lamarr Houston,Eddie Royal,Others) but this kid is worth it.

only getting around 3.9 million..... I'd like to see 1/2 that much $$$ and I'd retire

Marry an old rich lonely cougar. Golden Girls & Law and Order marathons with ice cream all day. Might even go on a trip to Home Depot together.

If he's not supplanting Gilmore then belichick has a reason. No offense, but the " only getting around 3.9 million" on it's own...... sounds funny
