So you would consider buying Packers season tickets? That makes sense to you?

I bought Redskins season tickets for a season. Knew I was only going to a few games...sold the rest of the tickets which ended up paying for the whole package.

People turn down the opportunity to buy Packers season tickets. In fact I know people who did for financial reasons. Their time came after being on the list for 20 years and they couldn't buy them.

If you had the financial stability and disposable income to purchase Packers tickets and lived in a close enough area to attend a few games...if you were given the opportunity to purchase Packers season tickets, would you?

What's a close enough area to attend? Not Chicago. Where are the "seats" err bleacher numbers? I would also have to do some research to find out how much of a profit I could make to sell the games I didn't want to attend (most likely 7 of them). Then, I would have to figure out how long it would take to sell them. Good chance it wouldn't be worth it to me.

Nah. He'd be forced to miss most of the Bears games. Not worth in his IMO.

didshe is probably one of those guys who would ask what type of car he won in a contest and say no thanks because it was a ford escort

If you would, then put your name on the list dipshit.

I think its hilarious you still don't understand the original question. You're displaying increasing levels of autism at an alarming rate.

I will pray harder for you, I suppose.

You act like buying Packers tickets is some awesome investment for someone not interested in their games. It's stupid as shit. Even when they are one of the best teams in the NFL, the secondary market for their tickets never gets that high to make a steep profit. And when you factor in the TVM, you could be making a much better investment somewhere else.

I mean once you shop around for insurance, get license plates, get the title notarized, put gas in the tank, carefully choose the proper novelty keychain...free cars are obviously not worth the time spent.

I got Packer season tickets this year. I put together a persuasive document to convince my Uncle to pass them to me. My Dad has season tickets too but I didn't trust him to give them to me since I have 5 siblings. I don't know many people that would turn them down (Packer fans anyways). I filled out a notarized form so that if I suddenly die my sister will get them and they stay in the family. The signed form is behind a letter I framed when the Packers welcomed me. Packer tickets are a big deal. Then again, I suspect after the Favre/Rodgers Era ends people will be slightly less interested.

A lot of people can't even accept cars that they win due to tax implications. Good luck winning a Ferrari and keeping it unless you can pull like 50K out of your pockets next April.

They are a very big deal if you are a Packers fan.

What is the original question that I am missing?

Oh, ya know, just this..

Packers season ticket waiting list is like 670,000 people...if you were magically given the option to buy Packers season tickets, would you say "no thanks"? The normal person would buy Packers season tickets, attend the Packers-Bears game, then sell the other 7 game tickets to pay for the season tickets and turn a tidy profit.

Which you suddenly, for some unknown reason (possible a brane injury), turned into this

People turn down the opportunity to buy Packers season tickets. In fact I know people who did for financial reasons. Their time came after being on the list for 20 years and they couldn't buy them.

It's practically the same thing. In either scenario, you still have to BUY the tickets. The only difference is one person is a Packers fan turning them down and the other is a Bears fan turning them down.

Why is this so confusing for you?

Yeah...you'd think if anyone would understand the concept that people who buy tickets sometimes don't attend the games, it would be a Chicago Bears' fan.

I am really confused by didshe's inability to grasp this concept. I can only assume he's never purchased tickets for a sporting event and/or attended a sporting event.

Or breathed.
