I'm going to Chicago from Texas. I'm trying to get Cubs tickets. I have an offer. Guy wants to transfer season tickets through the MLB app. May someone tell me if this is legit? And also how this works? How do I get to pay him? I just don't want to be duped. Any help will be appreciated it.
