Pretty sure they said they were going to flip Lester/Q so that both get starts at stl/mil.

They could. All I've seen list is the 1st 2 games in Stl Jake and Jon. Q followed Jon, Sox have 2 at home then 2 away. The way it is set up now it would be Lackey, Montgomery, Arretta, Lester. If they were going to push Jon and Q back to the next series then they would have to decide if Kyle pitches at home or on the road. Add to it if Jake gets normal rest. Most likely he does.

So if they were planning on keeping John and Jake on normal rest:

Lackey and Jake at home then Mike and Kyle on the road. That sets up Jon, Q and Lackey vs Mil. After that series they go into a day off again. At that point they can set up the rotation for the rest of the way. I would consider pushing Q back a day and keeping Lackey on reg. That slots him in between Jon and Q. I'm not really a huge fan of L,L, R,R,R in the rotation.
