I just want to see if anybody agrees with me.

I think what might be wrong with Jake is his training regime, while excellent, can lead to imbalances without near perfect precision and planning.

I could fix him, but I'm not sure how many trainers out there could.

Look at footage of him a few years ago, and look now, and tell me if his shoulders don't turn in a bit? Like they round forward, changing his release angle just a bit. This is likely from too strong of a chest, or not knowing how to naturally train your rear deltoids and spine to hold the balance.

It seems like a little thing, but adds tension to the neck, back, and changes your shoulder flexibility. These trainers today would just try to correct the problem by training up these little muscles to match, but what he actually needs to do would take about 6 months. Or at least an off-season.
