Inside the park HR!!! Run Javy run!!!!

Baez is so lucky. He watched the ball at home plate instead of bolting. He loafed all the way to first base. Comparing him to Castro just might be an insult....to Castro.

No he wouldn't. Take a good look at Baez. Makes the spectacular plays, but is very much haphazard on the everyday things.

I agree wholeheartedly. Catching a routine pop up doesn't need to look sexy.

More about his confidence in his arm. He's pretty erratic on routine plays

He hit the ball good! It was the deepest part of the Park. I can't get on him too much because of that. Also, he did turn on the burners, make a nice slide, and score. Castro may have very well rounded 3rd, stopped, and got thrown out trying to get back to 3rd. Just sayin ...

He was lucky but come on , loafing to 1st base is exaggerating a bit..

He fast but not that fast, where he can watch for a split second, loaf to first and make it around the bases in 16 seconds...lol

He did what most every hitter does when they think they cranked one out..
He watched as he took a couple steps towards first then started running...

No Schwarber again against the lefty...

Jay Rizzo and Heyward in lineup...
Lefties hit .260s off Blache..
Righties hit .280s off him...

I am not saying Baez isn't more showboat than he should be. Just saying Castro was the flat out dumbest player baseball-wise I ever saw.
