Below average? His range maybe down, but below average is a monster stretch

Even with his injury, when he did play last season Beltran roamed centre in the cavernous Citifield in a very solid manor, just imagine him in right....at the band box.

517 innings, albeit in CF last season, he made 0 errors.

Any ball hit to Quentin, I hold my breath.

Exactly. Beltran can more than handle RF. I'm not sure how good his arm is though, but I reckon its better than Pierre's.

And on offense he's a switch hitter :shifty: and like I said on the other page, he's a legit #3 hitter that can hit for power, average, get on base, etc.

Honestly though, from what I've watched, Pierre plays left actually pretty good. His arm just blows.

But I also get limited view time since I live in Ohiya. I had mlb.tv last season but my computer is so bad it lagged...even on low settings :obama:. Good thing I got it cheap for $20.

Oh no doubt he can go get it. He's made superb plays with his glove.

I wonder if the Sox could get Mike Cameron from Boston and have him play CF.

Boston will be looking to move him, and Quentin is still cheap for the time being so him being the 4th OF/part-time DH won't hurt the payroll.
