Bears QB's Average About 1 Passing TD/G under Fox

In 2015, the Bears QB's passed for 21 TD's in 16 games = 1.3 PTD/G

In 2016, QB's passed for 18 TD's over 16 games = 1.1 PTD/G

So far, in 2017, Qb's have 8 TD's over 11 games = .72 PTD/G

Progress....

Overall = 1.1 PTD/G

Doesn't matter the QB. Doesn't matter the OC. One thing we know is that as long as Fox is our HC, offense is irrelevant.

Good thing our GM used a #2 overall on a QB that will never realize his potential under this HC - also chosen by our GM.

Well done Pace.

Well done Pace.
So you would have wanted Pace to pass on what he perceived as a franchise QB because of the Bears current coaching staff? And you do realize if things go as planned with Trubisky's career he will play 1 of maybe 15 seasons under Fox, right?

47 TDs in 43 games is less than one TD per game?

Last years miracle offense that moved the ball all up and down the field struggled to score. I believe it was around dead last in scoring last year.

Nice attempt at an edit. You know the title wasn't changed and somebody quoted you?
Ouch.
Getting busted trying to edit ex post facto. Not a good look Mongo

Interesting, but that's about it. Never went over it before.

Kind of all over the place stat. In 2015, the Giants and Jaguars were involved in a tie with 2 other teams for the most TD passes per game. Their records were 6-10 and 5-11.

In 2015 we were in a tie for 23rd in the league in this stat. KC and Denver were behind or tied with us, their records were 11-5 and 12-4.

In 2016 we were tied in this stat with KC, Denver, Minnesota and Baltimore all .500 or better, KC 12-4.

Interesting Philly was behind the Bears last year in this stat in 28th. This year they are tied for 1st.

The league average is about 1.4 per game.

So what you are saying is that Fox manage to suck even when team with equal or lesser stats excel?

Someone is messing with my post. It originally said "average about".

Weird.

Damn CCS and their technical issues.

How far you gonna go with this? . . .
