Can he save his job if he gets a couple more wins. With all of the dumb he's shown, a couple more wins couldn't change Pace's mind...could it?

this thread is dislike worthy. the thought of this dipshit coaching staff coming back is downright frightening.

John Fox is gone no matter what. This tells you exactly that the coaching was the problem. It took the Bears being out of it and fox to give up his run run pass mandate for the Bears to look like a decent football team.

If the Bears finish 7-9 and Mitch continues to develops like today I can see them keeping fox because hiring a new head coach will mean Mitch has to learn a whole new system. Learning new systems ever few years have destroyed QBs historically

Don't think you can over look his overall record with the Bears which is still going to be very poor.

Interesting thread, Spunky. While I do think Fox is gone no matter what, let's say he is retained for his final year of the contract. Some staff changes need to be made. The question becomes who. One could say Loggains needs to have more offensive days like this. Also, consider the Bears have been the most injured in the NFL for all three of Fox years in Chicago. Is that a S&C issue? If so, I could see a change there, too.

Bengals quit after losing last week. Encouraging game by Trubs but let's face it, Cincinnati did not a give a flying fuck about this game
