So....who would be ok with keeping Fox and Fangio if we brought in a better OC to help develop Trubisky. My fear is that wholesale changes would set us back a few years. We have a better than average defense and an OC with better plays and play calling ability could mask Fox’s shortcomings. That’s my thought. What are yours ?

Fox is the offensive problems. Loggains does alright from time to time. Loggains and Trubisky have both hinted towards Fox holding them back

I'd rather give the keys to Dave Ragone than let Fox retain his position

Does Fox not have confidence in Loggains playcalling? That would cause him to hold him back. Can’t discount Fox and his experience with the game and having high level success in the NFL. So is Fox a better coach with a better OC?

Everywhere Fox has been, the team got better when he left. . .

Your fears are unfounded and doing it your way would set the franchise back. It's not as if we are getting rid of a very good offensive play caller.

Trust me, they will get the right coach and all will be well

Where I was born people often say, "Do not burn hogs of dreaming calendars".

(it reads very nice in native language)

It means never only do part of something, do all of something.

Nope! Just wondering the impact of starting all over with new staff

I like the logic, but what if an entirely new staff doesn’t net the results we ALL want?
