I think he meant rolling out to his left and then throwing.

Yup that was what he meant. I don't have anything to add there myself. I know sites that show passing splits in terms of like left and right sides of the field but not specifically for rollouts left and rollouts right. I presume at least he is talking about designed rollouts left and not scrambles to his left.

Hasn't surprised me. Trubisky showed flashes of it in college. He can really put zip on the ball in the short-intermediate game. As good as anybody.

The only part he really lacks is being able to drive the ball down the field effectively but that will come as he matures. Technique also comes into those sort of throws.

The fact that he has no deep threats to throw to doesn't help. Maybe the Bears will go crazy and actually draft one.

Cutler is up there with Flacco and Stafford as the three strongest arms in the last decade of NFL football.

You can probably add Mahomes to this list.

This is just nasty.

Mahomes had the strongest arm in the draft..his velocity was clocked at 60 mph....Mitch at 55mph at combine. Mitch has better arm strength then what people are saying on here. Also Scouts gave him the highest grade of any quarterback in the last 6 years.....overall talent.

Also velocity test....right there with Flacco and Wilson

I don’t think Trubisky has really cut it loose yet in the pros. Some of the throws he made at the end of the Stanford game were unbelievable.

Haven't watched any of his college tape. Anyone have some cut ups of what Iffy is referencing?

All arm and in air, momentum going backward vs Ravens in ot. Plenty of arm strength. He was off the ground and basically used all arm to throw ball like 25 yards.

That's him aiming the deep balls instead of just firing them off. More a mental adjustment than anything else. Like you said. Reps should fix it.
