He took over an old, bloated roster without a Quarterback or a future.

He drafted talent on both sides of the ball. Jury is out on Trubisky but looks good, he took a big gamble on him.

He's given out a lot of low risk contracts, so even his misses like Glennon really don't hurt the team that much.

He deserves another year to see through Trubisky's development, hire his own head coach and another draft because he's done decently with them. He's admittedly sucked in free agency but there wasn't a lot of incentive to spend with a rebuilding team but he should get the chance to prove himself.

Teams that constantly cycle through GM's and Coaches end up like the Browns and in the gutter. Consistency is important.

He's had good drafts.

He's been poor in free agency.

He didn't get to pick his HC.

I give him an incomplete grade so far. Let him hire a coach, judge him in 2 years.

Man I’m so bored of talking about Pace. I’m even more bored of people trying to put a convincing case forward of why a 12-32 GM is really good or why a guy who’s just picked potentially our best QB in 30 years should be fired.

Both are equally wrong. Let’s just see this play out.

Poor in free agency? I'm not so sure poor is the word i'd use but whatever.

He netted the best player on the team in free agency.

In the mod forum planning your ban
Ryan pace will be judged based on who he picks as a HC and how they fare next year.
