Butkis was a beast and an angry football player who even bit players after the play! He was dirty but a beast, like Suh.

If they don't do anything about Suh they wouldn't do anything about the players from way back then if they wanted to play the same way they did.
Would Butkis play like he did? Nobody can say how people would be with better paychecks and more rules. We have to assume you're asking with the assumption that they play like they did.
All of the clean hits from the 85 Bears would be penalties today.
