Looking at Lou with his gray beard kicking the look on his face every time they put the camera on him was the look of defeat. Am I the only one that thought this?

My thoughts exactly. If I'm a player, I want a manager who is positive and aggresive, not defeated.

Maybe he did have a playoff beard, and lied about, because maybe he's actually a Sharks fan and doesn't want to be harassed. :)

I can imagine being the manager of the Cubs and winning. Lou make dum moves which makes me think he is at the end of his career coaching. Maybe 1 more year he can put together a playoff team.

He hasn't been showing his frustration though and that is the problem. There is only so much you can say to someone before you lose your cool with them.
