Anyone watching tonight? Schwarber is trying to make it past the first round right now.
At least twice Harper hit the next ball before the previous ball landed. At least twice. You’re not even supposed to throw the ball till the previous ball lands. Of course they don’t want to take HRs off the board for the hometown player. Plus they don’t want any negative publicity so the announcers don’t say anything either. Watch the replay if you don’t believe me.
Harper will cost way to much and brings way too littleAm I the only one that noticed Harp giving the Love to his teammates after his win? Please Lord, bring this Man to Chicago and let him play with his friends ......

Leave it up to you to suggest the Cubs pay 350M for an underperforming player. Try to follow the game and players before you make signing suggestionsVery reminiscent to yourself .... :yep:
I'm not sure why they have an umpire letting the pitcher know when they can throw, if they are just going to throw it anyway. 2 times? I thought it was at least 6. I thought Harper would get it anyway, because he didn't have to expend a lot of energy in Rd 2, but that was some WWE stuff right there. Either have rules or don't. If you arent going to enforce them, don't have them.
Yes. It looked like there were any number of times in the last minute and a half that the ball hadn't landed yet and the pitch was already on the way. I didn't see any other batter/pitch where I thought that occurred.I think they can't throw until the ball touches ground. So pop ups work against the hitter. Grounder gets a faster reload.
