I don't know much about Chavez except that he will be in a game by Saturday.

Seems like that he is a tweener like Butler and Montgomery. And that bit is good because you can adjust to what happens to Yu better.

Thomas was pretty unknown but held the best WHIP in the minors. I doubt that he moves the needle here with the depth but over there is opertunity on a team in need of remodel.

Over all somewhat expected. I really think that Thomas was see as what I said intriguing lower level talent. Not really appreciated by the evaluators. But bringing in intriguing ability.

So I see that as Butler’s end honestly. Not like he was game changing or anything.

Over all could end up more than expected from both teams. These type of deals seem meh but then you look at it down the road and say...how did they even see that coming.
