Yes, playoff games count as well, so several people can still make a run at it, including yourself.

If you are within 15 points of first place by the super bowl you can win. You have 4 weeks to gain 6 points on first, very doable. Two seasons I was in first for over 10 weeks then I picked the SB favorite and 2nd place picked to dog and won.

For 20 weeks it is a confidence pool, you pick winners and assign points. Then in week 21 the rules change, they assign 16 points to everyone.

The key thing to remember is that I'm still not bitter about, at all, totally over the horrible experience, I've moved on with my life.
