ATL gets NFC #1 with:

- ATL win vs. Carolina OR

- NO loss vs. TB + CHI loss at GB + 1 PHL loss (vs. Min or Dallas)

NO gets NFC #1 with:

- NO win vs. TB + ATL loss vs. Carolina

PHL gets NFC #1 with:

- 2 PHL wins (vs. Min and Dallas) + ATL loss vs. Carolina + NO loss vs. TB

CHI gets NFC #1 with:

- CHI win vs. GB + ATL loss + NO loss + 1 PHL loss

So hell would have to freeze over for Carolina to beat Atlanta but crazier things have happened.

We dont need Philly to lose. We own the tie breaker vs them.

Actually according to the ESPN Playoff Machine...Philly somehow trumps us for the #1 seed if:
-Eagles, Bears, Falcons all finish 12-4
-Saints lose their final game
-the Pittsburgh Steelers win

....How that makes any sense...I have absolutely no idea.

It doesn't make sense, it's somehow flawed. If we both win out we end up with the same record and we beat Philly head to head. Fk the playoff machine and ESPN.

lol..Yeah I dont see how an AFC team winning allows Philly to trump us when we own the head to head tie breaker over them.

I'm pretty sure Atlanta will destroy the Panthers though so we wont even need to worry about any of this.

It's BigP50 Logic. The Bears beat the Panthers and if the Panthers beat the Falcons (which will never happen) then the Bears get 1st seed based on record vs. common opponents!
